At Bogart Skateboards, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags intact.

2. How to initiate a return or exchange

1. Mail us at racingbogart@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return or exchange.
2. We'll give you the instructions to initiate the process and indicate whether you want a return or an exchange.

3. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defects or errors on our part.

4. Refund or exchange

Upon receiving your returned item, we'll inspect it. If the item meets our return policy criteria, you can choose between:

• A full refund to your original payment method.
• An exchange for a different size or colour of the same item, if available.

5. Refund processing time

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Non-returnable items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Items that have been personalised or customised.
• Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
